97 Entire Trail Exemption Form [10172 Exception 2] ENTIRE TRAIL EXEMPTION FORM (1017.1 EXCEPTION 2) This form can be used to notify the U.S. Access Board when a Federal agency determines in accordance with 1017.1, Exception 2 that it is impracticable for an entire trail to comply with the technical requirements in 1017.1.
