Payment Policy

This payment policy is between BJ’s Park & Recreation Products and their customers. All payments between these two parties shall adhere to these policy conditions.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. Failure to pay within this time frame will result in an account being in arrears and the account will be placed on hold until such time as the account is paid in full and made in good standing again.

Payment Information:

All payments being made via check or money order should be made payable to BJ’s Park & Recreation Products and mailed to 4003 Briar Lane, Magnolia, TX 77354. Please include the invoice number you are paying on the payment itself or include a copy of the invoice with the payment.

Payment Types:

We accept check, money orders, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa as payment methods. Card payments can be processed via our website by clicking on “Payment” at the bottom of any page.

We also accept ACH payments and are happy to set this up in advance if this is the payment method of choice.

All card payments will incur a 3% processing fee on the total of the payment being made. This 3% fee should be added at the time of the online payment.

Payment Discrepancies:

Any discrepancies should be reported within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the invoice.

Payment Discounts:

Any payment discounts will be reflected on the invoice. No other payment discounts will be given.

Payment Invoices:

Invoices will be sent out via email to the email address given by the customer when the materials ordered have shipped. Materials are shipped to the address given by the customer at the time of ordering via the sales agreement. Any changes to the delivery date or location may result in additional freight charges for storage or reconsignment. These charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment Disputes:

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Montgomery County, Texas.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between BJ’s park & Recreation Products and our customers regarding payment for goods and/or services provided.
