Purpose

The purpose of this website is to provide our customers/clients with information that they can use to help them purchase products from BJ's Park & Recreation Products for their locations/job sites. The online catalogs will be kept up to date with the latest pricing available and any information that the customer/client cannot find on our website, they are free to contact us direct by phone or email to discuss procurement of said information.

Orders

Orders can be generated with the information located on this website but the website itself cannot receive digital orders. All orders must be placed via mail, email or phone to our office. Our mailing address is 4003 Briar Lane, Magnolia, TX 77354. Our email address for orders is contact@bjspark.com and our phone number for all inquiries, including orders, is toll free at 800-392-6158. Orders must be placed in a timely manner if the customer/client has a deadline to meet for delivery. Depending on the items being ordered, shipping can take from two weeks up to eight weeks or more for customer products. Orders that are placed by customers/clients without approved credit are required to pay a deposit (TBD per order) before the order can be placed. All customers/clients MUST sign the provided quote for their order before their order will be placed. Your quote will have vital ordering, shipping and billing information that you will be agreeing to when you sign the form.

Changes

Any changes to an order after the order has been placed, must be approved by BJ's Park & Recreation Products and may be subject to restocking charges, return shipping charges, and re-design charges. All change orders MUST be in writing and must be presented for approval before they can become in effect. If a change is made to an order without these proceedings, any and all costs are the responsibility of the customer/client.

Damages

Customers/Clients are responsible for signing off on all damaged goods received from the shipper. Any damaged items not signed damaged by the customer/client will be replaced at the sole cost of the customer/client. BJ's Park & Recreation Products is NOT responsible for ANY damaged products.

Invoicing

All invoices are sent via email to the customer/client unless agreed upon at the time the order is placed. All invoices are due 30 days after the date of the invoice. Checks must be mailed to our office at 4003 Briar Lane, Magnolia, TX 77354. Credit card payments can be made on this website through our payment gateway by clicking "payment" at the bottom of any page. If a customer/client requests us to process their credit card payment, they must sign the credit card payment authorization form giving us permission to do so. A copy of the payment receipt will be emailed to the customer/client after processing has been finalized. All credit card transactions will be charged an additional 3% of the invoice total to cover the fees associated with credit card processing. If a customer/client wishes to wire transfer their payment directly to our bank, they need to inform us, and we will provide them with the needed information for the transaction.

Confidentiality

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this website. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact. All information obtained from our customers/clients are kept safe. We do not sell or share any customer/client information with any third parties. Any information we receive from our customer/client is for the sole purpose of use for their individual project or needs and is not kept for future projects unless the customer/client requests us to do so. We may use your information in the future to inform you of new products, promotions, or changes in this privacy policy. You may, at any time, request we delete all your information from our records and no longer contact you for updates by sending an email to unsubscribe@bjspark.com or calling us at 800-392-6158.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit your personal information, it is only shared with employees who need the information to perform the request that you have asked for. All sensitive information you submit is submitted via our payment gateway webpage which is encrypted and managed by Authorize.net. Authorize.net uses the information you provide to process your payment only. Once your payment has been processed, the information is deleted and not stored for future use. No information you provide, personal or sensitive, is stored online.
